Do you have it in stock?

• We maintain healthy stock levels. If you want to check stock levels before purchasing please email sales@coslide.co.nz and we will advise.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

• Freight is calculated in Checkout based of the products purchased and delivery address listed. 

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

• Long items (over 1.8m) will be shipped by truck, approximately 2-3 days North Island and 3-4 Days South Island
• Standard freight ordered before 4pm leaves for overnight delivery

What freight companies do you use?

• Standard freight is sent on NZC and long items over 1.8m are sent by Mainfreight

My order hasn't arrived on time, what should I do?

• Please email sales@coslide.co.nz and we will immediately follow up with our delivery services
